Quality sleep is one of the most important prerequisites for good health. During sleep, the body recovers, the brain processes information gathered during the day, the immune system is strengthened and many other processes essential for the body take place. However, more and more people experience sleep problems — difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking during the night or the feeling that even after a full night’s sleep they have not managed to rest.

High blood pressure, or hypertension, is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world. It often develops unnoticed and causes no pronounced symptoms for a long time, which is why it is often called the “silent disease”. However, untreated high blood pressure significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.
